The version I had of this (UK release?) had Who Dares Wins II instead of Jet Set Willy. Although I really wanted JSW for the Atari, the conversion was pretty much rubbished most places I've read about it, so perhaps not...
Killer Cycle is (as Andreas says) very simple and unlikely to have sold on its own; but it was okay. Who Dares Wins II was an okay vertical-scrolling Commando-style shoot-'em-up. Mouse Trap was not bad, but the colours were a bit ropey and the music got a bit grating.
As for Space Hawk... it's not bad. However, it was *very* similar to Firebird's £1.99 "Warhawk" (1986) without the great title page starfield/music and with slightly more basic graphics. In short, Space Hawk was redundant because if you liked it even a bit, you'd likely want to spend the additional £2 (still cheap!) on Warhawk (even if you already owned this compilation!). But in its own right, Space Hawk was still a decent game. |

Well, not all of the four games are great. killer cycle is a simple 8much to simple) tron clone. Space Hawk is an awful space shooter. but jet set willy is a really nice game.
the biggest hit of these four games is mousetrap - a great game with wonderful graphics, animation and sound. the game not only features a title picture, but also a demo mode, where one can preview all available levels. the compilation once was only worth buying because of this game (which can be easily transfered to disk with most C: Simulators, like Howfen-DOS, Transdisk IV and many others). -Andreas.
