Some words from author Tim Hartman courtesy of John Hardie.
"I started out with a Timex Sinclair 1000, making a few games when I was in sixth grade, upgraded to an Atari 800XL, created a word processor and maybe a game or two for that when I was around eighth or ninth grade. I remember making ads in Computer Shopper and a few other publications to try to sell them.
I don't have any of the software that I programmed any longer, unfortunately. I sold probably between 25 and 50 of the word processor. It was packaged in a cardboard sleeve with label attached that I made. I don't recall what games I created for the Atari, though I did make a Pac-Man style game and a copycat of Mazogs for the Timex Sinclair. I may have done both of these for the Atari as well, though I don't recall enough to say I did either for that computer. I wish I would have kept some of that old product!"
