The root data structure is that of a 8KB cartridge (not tape) which appears to have been "temporarily" compiled to run in address space $2000-$3FFF instead of $A000-$BFFF, probably a preproduction beta version, which then means actual production may or may not have taken place. The likelyhood that anyone without source code changed addressing throughout entire program is slim.

Weird, weird release...

This appears to be a commercial game - the title screen seems much too "professional" for an amateur production - but no mention of this program has ever been found anywhere. Could it be from Canada? Australia? New Zealand? We are just guessing the game was distributed on tape so don't take the information for granted either...

Anyway, if anybody knows anything about this piece of software, please leave a comment here!
