You need to start Altirra with basic enabled. Then use the load cassette option from the file menu. Once you are back at the ready prompt type LOAD "C:". Finally when the ready prompt comes back type RUN |

Loading instructions:
- turn off disk drive and make sure you are in BASIC mode
- insert tape file in your emulator / APE
- type CLOAD
- type RUN.
