CHEAT MODE, unlimited lives, cartridge versions - in the sequence $"DE B8 1B F0 13" change the one byte $DE to become $BD , byte found at offset $015A in the 1984 16K cartridge, or, offset $224A in the 32K (24K really) 1988 XEGS cartridge. For one and two players. |
| Never officially released? I was gonna gush over how Atari was willing to upstage their own Arcade game being that it was 1984 After The Fall of the Golden Age blah blah.
This was indeed an arcade console, I remember it in a bowling alley. It operated on the trackball controller same as Centipede. Did you know those cool sounds it makes are snippets of Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky. Can also be found in a cheat - version having unlimited lives.

| Some games are fun in the arcade but don't port well to the 8-bit home machine. Well, this one is a great port of a fine game. It's very fast and very unusual. Give it a try because it's quite addictive and never the same. Being a little bear is kinda kinky, isn't it? Good luck! |
