ST-version patched to run on Falcon030 and released on ST Magazine coverdisk 123. Unfortunately the only disk image we know of was damaged. But opening the executable in text editor revealed the game was based on a crack by French hacking team The Replicants!
Translation of the original French message:

only version of VROOM duplicable
for ST Mag. We offer you therefore
a "pirate" version, but rest assured,
with the express permission of Lankhor.
