Origins
The proof of existence came in August 2015 when graphics artist Alan Tomkins posted some sprite and concept images of the game for Atari ST Facebook group. Game was known to exist only for Commodore 64 until now, and was planned as a sequel to original Out Run. When Sega released Turbo Out Run for arcades, this unnofficial sequel got cancelled, because the games would compete each other in sales.
ST-version was developed no further than a beta stage. It featured a rolling road with sprites and a Ferrari going over bumps. I also featured a huge moving London bus sprite which was probably one of the biggest in ST gaming history.
