Midwinter II was featured in ST Format's competition where the winner got all expenses paid visit to Microprose's HQ, a lunch with the Microprose staff, a flight with Microprose's Cessna and a few pieces of Microprose software. After that the day continued with a visit to ST Format's HQ and a flight in the Future Publishing's balloon.
