Origins
Probe developed a demo of the game to celebrate 400th Anniversary of defeating the Spanish Armada. It was punted to US Gold who liked it but it got cancelled, as there wasn't enough time to get it finished, and have an advertising window to coincide with the Anniversary.
The screens below are from the title, sea after the battle and the executioners block, where you went if you lost the battle.
