The object of the game was to guide your thief around a house collecting the many valuables present as you went. Sleeping guard dogs occupied the floors that made up the house and would awaken the moment that you set foot on their floor. Added to this you had to contend with what appeared to be a duck (in reality a security guard) that roamed between floors and could be seen as it passed the many windows that made up the house. The duck thing could only be avoided by standing within the gaps between the windows for touching it or a dog would cost you a life. To reach the other floors there were gaps at the far end of each floor or a hole in the middle of the floor would open allowing you the opportunity to jump up and pull yourself through. You were on a five-minute time limit to grab all the valuables within the house and once everything had been retrieved you then had to make your way up to the roof to jump onto a helicopter that floated overhead to end the level. A successful robbery and escape would then add the remaining time to your score before you headed to the next level which was harder than before. |
