AMENDMENTS.

                
     1.   Auto scroll windows would not scroll properly.
          Now corrected.
     
     2.   Edit global record would sometimes put garbage into a field if
          no match was found. 
          Now corrected.
    
     3.   If a date mode was used that included PM and the date was set
          after 12 noon the date returned was set as a AM time.
          Now corrected.          
           

ADDITIONS.

      
     1.   Add a new date type of the form dd/mm/yy.  Refered to as date8
          in reports.
