sammac: it's green on NTSC system and brown on PAL. It doesn't depend on emulator or real hardware

It’s only brown on emulators. It’s green on real hardware.

You get a "please wait" message, then the screen goes dark for a minute or so but be patient because it eventually starts up.

This was the last program I wrote on my Atari over 20 years ago. After that I went to school to be a "real" programmer. This was a lot more fun than Peoplesoft. I uploaded it to the Analog magazine BBS (I had never heard of the internet)in exchange for a couple of hours of free time on the board. It blew me away to find it here. If you're one of the 48 people who have downloaded it, I'm sorry about that brown background. That color was dark green on the crappy 13 inch tv that I was using as a monitor.
