It is not known whether any actual code was ever written. A letter dated November 30th, 1988 was found by historian John Hardie in December 2020 confirming the licensing agreement between Atari and Epyx. In this document, Atari expresses its concerns about the time taken by Epyx to deliver the product in alpha or beta stage.
