                             January 18, 1991

Thank you for your consideration of this software program for your ATARI
ST computer. Please note that the program is not intended for release
into "The Public Domain". You are hereby granted a limited license to use
the program and to make copies of the program and associated documentation
for the purpose of distribution - - provided that you are willing to abide
with the following three license conditions:

I. You may not charge a fee for copying and/or distribution of the
program and the documentation.

II. You may only distribute the program in the original, unmodified state;
and comprised of the following files:

         1. PRESQUIZ.PRG - - The Presidential Quiz Execution Program
         2. PRESQUIZ.DOC - - The Documentation File (User Manual)
         5. SCHOOLGR.BAS - - The Terrapin Schoolhouse Graphics File
         6. DESKTOP.INF - - The Desk-Top Set-Up Instructions
         7. READMEPQ.DOC - - This Software License File

III. The software may not be distributed, in whole or in part, as a
component of any commercial product or service (I.E., for promotional
purposes by 'third parties') without the express written permission of
Terrapin Enterprises.

The user supported software concept (often referred to as shareware) is an
attempt to provide software at a low cost. The cost of publishing new
software through retail businesses is relatively high, and the marketing
costs may be prohibitive for many developers with limited financial
resources. The user supported concept may provide a boon for both the
software developer and the individuals who use the software.

Please feel free to use the programs for 60 days before making a
decision to either keep them in your software library, or to delete the
programs from your computer software files. We hope that you will like
the programs, and that you will decide to purchase your copy. If you
decide to keep the program, please remit the amount of $5.00 (Five
Dollars) as complete compensation (including applicable sales taxes) to:

                           Robert Hinton

                           Houston, Texas 77036-6826

We will welcome any contribution which you believe appropriate to help
support our future software development enterprise. If you send your
name, address, and the name of the software program, we will register your
ownership, and advise you of future up-dates of the program.

Thank you for your participation in the User Supported Software Program.
