Instructions - Obscure Naturalist

THE OBSCURE NATURALIST
by Peter Hague

Welcome to the world of the OBSCURE NATURALIST. This is a shareware
product and the disk contains Part One of a huge, illustrated 570K
humourous adventure that is completely original. If you enjoy
the game and wish to complete it, please send five pounds sterling to
the address below. On receipt of this I will send you Part Two. Your
payment includes postage*, disk and a four page hints and tips sheet.
Meanwhile, enjoy the enormous scope of the first half. I think you will
agree, five pounds is a small price to pay for it.

All the necessary instructions are given at the beginning of the game
and can be called up at any time during it. The only thing to say
here is: DON'T PUT IT IN AN AUTO FOLDER - SAVE WILL NOT WORK!

* NB. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE ADD RETURN POSTAGE.

Send your remittance to:

As mentioned above, I have produced a four page 'Hints and Tips' sheet
for the comprehensively stuck, which comes free with Part Two. This sheet
is not intended as a definitive solution, but rather as an aid to
the player who really wants to move on. It is well laid out with all the
hints pertaining to one room or general region described under the
appropriate heading.
