This program requires at least 512k RAM, SS/DS disk drive, and
a color monitor to work. This program works on all Atari computer.
To load the program, double click on 'Hookmath.PRG' from you disk
or hard drive.
After a few seconds the window selector will appear. Use the
mouse to select between addition, subtraction, or multiplication,
and to select between levels one, two, or three.
To begin, click on the start button. You may also click on the
quit button to return to GEM.
Playing the Game
After you start the game, a math problem will appear on the board.
Using the mouse, select one of the four answers on the side. Then,
click and holdd the mouse button, while dragging the answer to the
board below the answer line. Release the mouse button, and the
computer will tell you if the answer is right. If it is wrong, the
computer will highlight the correct answer. You have 15 seconds to
select the correct answer and drag it to the board.
The game will end after 25 problems, or if you end it with the ESC
key. At the end of the game the program will display the number of
problems you answered correctly.
ESC Ends the game and returns to the window selector.
SPACE Puase the game.
