This program has been released as shareware, and may be freely
copied provided this documentation is kept with it. The copyright
of the program code is kept by myself.
The reason for writing this version of the popular game Tetri* is
straightforward. I once played this game on an Apple Macintosh,
and after many (too many really) hours of playing it, I decided to
get a copy for the ST. This I did, and I was disappointed because
of the unplayability of the version. With this, I thought "I can
do that - and better", so here it is. I find this version better
(obviously) than the released game, and hope that you too can
enjoy it.
I don't think that there are any bugs left. I expect there are,
but I haven't found any yet. If you find any, please report them
to me and I will try to fix them.
Playing keys are:
J - Left
K - Rotate
L - Right
Space - Drop
Also, I - Increases level during play
M - Display next piece on/off
The backdrop for the high score table (The mickey mouse/disney
one) is from the public domain (If anyone knows otherwise, then I
will replace it with another suitable one).
To register your copy, please send a suitable sum to the following
address. In return, you will recieve information about new
programs, updates, etc. The source code can also be obtained from
the same address if required (and if a suitable amount is enclosed
to cover postage, time, and the code itself).
