The programs ??COOKIE.PRG are designed to be placed in the AUTO
folder. They set the _FDC-Cookie to the appropriate value so that the
operating system can recognize the possibility of your drive(s).
In this way, normal STs using TOS 2.06 will be able to format
HDs from the desktop. If no Cookie Jar is available, it will be
installed in a new reset routine.
