Sir;Madame..
This letter is to officially inform you of our decision to
remove the "MAC READ" software from your distribution network.
We also would ask that you stop selling the aforementioned
software upon receipt of this letter.
It is our understanding that you (goldleaf publishing inc.)
sold 20-30 copies of this software to end-users and distributors.
It is our decision to let you keep all proceeds of these sales
in order to recoup costs you encrued in creating your own
packaging.
We expect you to destroy your copy of the source-code,and all
copies of the program that might be "in-stock" immediately.
You can either destroy the excess packaging or ship it to us
for disposal.We would hate for garbage pickers to bootleg the
product and possibly get you in trouble.
We will be letting the magazines and distributors know that
we intend to offer an upgrade to a gem-based version for
those customers,(and Distributors) who have allready purchased
this software.
Thank you for your time. We look forward to doing blockbuster
sales on Retouche CD and DIDOT Pro, as well as the other
products you distribute.
