INSTRUCTIONS

Do you want to produce text files, so that when they are shown from the
Desktop you can get p Inverse Video q effects?.
If you do, then this program can easily create them for you ,and saves all
that hacking into files and changing a few bytes, if and where you can.
Now all you have to do is add 2 characters to your text file to signify
where you want the effect turned on and off. Just use any text editor or
Word processor in Ascii mode. Then run the program and follow the on screen
prompts. (INVTEXT.PRG runs in any resolution)
For example:
Suppose you want.
p This is in inverse q but this is not p Changed my mind q back again.
Then you would put in your text file.
$$ This is in inverse @@ but this is not $$ Changed my mind @@ back again.
Where $$ signifies 'turn on' and @@ signifies 'turn off'.
Any 2 Ascii characters can be chosen depending on the nature of your text
file and that you can enter them from the keyboard. ie No foreign
characters or heiroglyphics!.
This program is pretty quick but is limited to text files less than 32K in
length. (limitations in GfA Basic 2 INPUT$ command)
If you want a version that handles text files greater than 32K then you
will have to send me a disc and one pound. This version is very slow.
