INSTRUCTIONS
******************************* * AMIGA PC-1000 EMULATOR INFO * ******************************* This Programm is free, although it may not be resold for profit! (C) 1986 by METACOMCO ltd. Required system configuration: - a minimum of 1Mbyte free ram, the TOS must be installed on ROM! - the am-1025 (or compatible, DS/DD,1MB!) disk drive, which should be installed as drive #2 - a colour monitor - the BLITTER bitshifter processor The emulator produces certainly no sound, also the HAM Mode of the AMIGA won't be emulated well enough. Color settings are shifted together the pair; This may cause certain parts of the screen being invisible. You can adjust colors, and speed, by pressing UNDO,HELP,ALTERNATE and one of the function keys. In normal, the ST as AMIGA works up to seven times faster as the AMIGA as AMIGA,especially at disk-acces, although it may getting extremly slow when a acces to the AMIGA's custom chips, e.g. sprites, is requested. Acces to the AMIGA Blitteris overtaken by the ATARI Blitter, about forty times faster than the AMIGA! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The improved version 2.0 of the emulator will be set as a comercial release in early 1987! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
