 Bug fixed where two fast SENSORS shooting on screen would occasionally
leave the background colour RED.

 Append SAVE/LOAD POSITION function to include extra data regarding LOOP
positions and counters for CONDITIONS.
 
 Limit DRAWING BUFFER, now will draw a maximum of 182 facets before 
issuing a warning and ignoring any other facets.

 Alter ST colour handling code to allow use of full STE palette.

 New dialogue box for language selection at startup. ( this stage may
be bypassed by issuing the KIT a command line containing `-l' followed by 
either UK for ENGLISH, I for ITALIAN, FR for FRENCH or D for GERMAN, i.e.
AMIGA - `3DKIT -lI'
   ST - `3DKIT.PRG -lI for ITALIAN.
