INSTRUCTIONS
The deep space exploration ship DARWIN 8 has been invaded by
hostile alien robots. As the last surviving crew member it is your
job to deal with the problem.
The robots are all armed with laser guns and each group has at
least one positronic generator from which they draw their power.
Your rifle will only stun the robots while there is still an
active generator on the screen, so destroy these first and then
you can kill the robots.
Complete each level as fast as you can to pick up the time bonus,
but be careful not to walk into walls or barriers as these have
been electrified and contact with them is fatal.
CONTROLS
JOYSTICK UP..............Move up
JOYSTICK DOWN............Move down
JOYSTICK LEFT............Move left
JOYSTICK RIGHT...........Move right
JOYSTICK DIAGONAL........Move diagonally
FIRE BUTTON..............Shoot rifle
Q (on keyboard)..........Quit to title screen
HIGH SCORE TABLE
Move joystick left and right to select your initials press fire to
enter them on screen.
HINTS 'N TIPS
1 The robots shoot and move one at a time.
2 Some robots need to be shot more than once to be killed.
3 The robots sense your position on screen and will always try to
get to you.
4 You are awarded an extra life for every seven levels completed.
Some of the later levels may look impossible to complete but
they're not. Just remember tips one and three, stay calm, employ
a little strategy and you should be successful.
