On your disk, there should be a file ENGAUS. This is a team file.
Type in it's name at the prompt (in the program).

Please note : The text file must be saved as standard 
              ASCII format.

Team files must be structured as follows (one word per line):

     Team 1 in batting order (surnames only)
     Team 2 in batting order
     Team 2 bowlers          (6 only, main 2 strike bowlers first)
     Team 1 bowlers
     Team 2 wicketkeeper
     Team 1 wicketkeeper
     Team 2 catchers         (bowlers first (in same order as above)
                              followed by the remaining 4 batsmen in
                              batting order. DO NOT INCLUDE WICKIE).

     Team 2 name
