 Game logic:

  * if all targets at the bottom or in the middle of the pinball are
    activated, the ball must be locked for doubling the bonus
    (Double Bonus)

  * if you do the same again with the targets at the bottom, the bonus will
    be held even the ball is lost
    (Bonus Held)

  * after running through the course at the top of the pinball, the jackpot
    will be activated

  * if you got the jackpot in the lock, you can get an extra ball running
    through the course again

  - when the game is over, you can play again pushing the key "1"
