It's a tad slow and sluggish compared to the arcade version, and the further you go the more credit-feeding arcade nonsense you start to encounter, but this is not a bad little beat 'em up for a quick jaunt now and then. Its rather sedate pacing and cartoonish attitude is quite refreshing, and the varied weapons keep things interesting.
Ben Daglish's take on the arcade version's music is very good, too.
Worth playing, if only to appreciate a mostly forgotten part of Sega history!
