Version differences

Differences between the EU and USA versions are a different loading screen and scroreboard displayed after the event. There are also fewer sound fx. The biggest difference however is an added animation window of the ski jumper while the player is in the air. This also affects the information display a bit which now shows the current event and game mode. On the left is EU version of Super Ski and on the left the renamed USA version, Downhill Challenge.
