                      Creature Power

                     By Albert Baggetta

Creature Power is a two part game. It will run in both medium and
high resolutions. Be sure you have the main program, PUZZLE.PRG and the
two picture files FROG.PI2 and FROG.PI3 in the same directory.

Boot the program from the desktop. You can pass by the title by
pressing RETURN. This will take you to a window requesting the TWO players'
names. Enter these and press RETURN after each.

You are now at the FROG HOP contest. Each frog is labeled by player.
Press RETURN and hope for your frog to win. The winner gets to play the
main puzzle, CREATURE POWER, which comes up next.

The premise here is that humans are blessed with a superior brain,
but the lower creatures have powers that we don't have, ability to fly,
see in the dark, breathe under water, etc.

Your objective is to find a jewel hidden under the ocean, retrieve it
and drop it in the repository on the distant island. With your mouse
pointer, select the creatures that will best do the job needed at the
moment. This sounds easy, but there are several traps in your way.

If you make a mistake in your selection, you will both return to
the FROG HOP contest and have to start over again.

The player to complete the puzzle first will be given a secret
winner's code on the last screen and the aquaseconds used. If you
finish this puzzle, please leave me a message, the code and your time
on this board, so that I can judge how difficult the puzzle is for future
modification.

      Good Luck.
