TRIVIA (1)
Some words from the author after a conversation with John Hardie:
"I was the author of turbo-4th for the Atari 800. I must have sold ten disks for $27 each after I left Atari in mid-1984. I (with some help from Mike) developed it at Atari Coin-Op and I believe the unreleased pinball game 4x4 used a 6809 version of fig-Forth in its prototype. The unique thing is my version had a meta-compiler that allowed me to build new versions of fig-Forth on the Atari 800 computers. Even for new processors (6800, 6809), including stand-alone executables."
