This application was used internally at Atari to transfer files and went through several upgrades. It is basically a modified release of Chameleon CRT Terminal Emulator by John Howard Palevich. Note that V3.1 of both Lizard and Chameleon CRT Terminal Emulator are essentially the same program. As both titles share common code, it was probably deemed a good idea to capitalize on all the updates made on Lizard and sell the program as an enhanced version of Chameleon CRT Terminal Emulator through APX.
