It is not entirely clear whether V1.0 of this title was available in any form. Efficient Chips was a computer dealer that, for a short period of time, ran a BBS using this internally written program. On the disk is a note by author Matthew Jones stating ECABBS is now in the public domain but without any reference to a specific date. The disk that was scanned appears to come directly from Matthew Jones so is likely a later revision and not the original release. Incidentally, the contents match the disk submitted to the Page 6 Library entirely.
