This program is an old Bit/Byte Cruncher (or packer), it removes zeros from any ML-file. The resulting file will be shorter, but most of the time it will only load from a gamedos then and errm, it now has dozens or hundreds of data segments. There are much better packer programs for the A8 nowadays, but this is what we had in the early 80s...
