Hello Atari 8-bitters! I recently discovered this site and am delighted to see some of my games on it. I authored Super Tank Attack! in 1983 at the age of 15; it was highly influenced by the Combat! game on the Atari 2600 as well as the Attank! game from Atari Program Exchange. I have just discovered begun to move my original Atari 800 programs from 5.25 diskette to my PC and am looking for the source code for this program and will post it asap. The program was primarily designed around re-defined character sets running in graphic modes 1 or 2 I believe. Anyone familiar with redefined character sets will recognize this technique when you play the game. I will post the programs and potentially the design documents (hand-drawn graph paper sheets) as soon as I can. Ron Kim, August 2009
