As a shoot 'em up, it's not bad. But graphics-wise, it's nothing more than a direct 2600 conversion with very little in the way of improvement. It's not even to scale, although that might have taken away from making the game practical to play. The Death Star size is quite small in contrast to the Millennium Falcon. Luke would be saying, "Look, he's heading for that large boulder." In the end, for a Star Wars title (and one taken from the movie, to boot) you really don't get to do anything cool.
