When error message appears (see first screenshot), type RUN and press RETURN. At the title screen, press START to begin. The same key will also take you to the next event (100 meters, hurdles, long jump, javelin) or next attempt (long jump, javelin).

This is a sort of olympic-games program with four disciplines. It appeared as a type-in listing in the german "Homecomputer" magazine (by Tronic-Verlag) in issue June/July 1985, page 41-46. Author of this program was/is Oliver Schmidt.
