Upon booting this game up in the emulator, I found myself laughing at (with) the digitized music. What a nice touch. Then I played it and realized what a good job the programmer did. I cant wait to play this with a buddy, as the computer is waaay to easy to beat. Good stuff.

The game can also be played vs. the computer, but its quite easy to beat it. Believe it or not the game also runs on a 64k machine (the program automatically detects it), only the digitized sound samples are missing then - the gameplay stays the same... There is also some kind of fore-runner to Megablast, named Laser Duell. It was programmed by T. Karwoth and released as a type-in listing in a german magazine... -Andreas Koch.

This game rocks as a two-player only game. The sound effects and evil laugh at the end really adds to the atmosphere. Needs 128KB of RAM, but well worth a night in.
