More like automated Monopoly than strategy. Buy properties as you land on them, hope your opponents will land on them in order to collect rent, make upgrades to increase rent but watch out so you don't run out of money. You may sell properties, but not mortgage them in case you run short of money. Instead you immediately go broke and your properties return to the game. Perhaps fun for 30 minutes, maximum.
