Why no title screen? Just the (c) 1983 Imagic at the bottom of game screen. Someone should add a title screen with something similar to front box art! Nevertheless, fun scrolling game!

Originally designed by Dennis Koble for the Atari 2600, is a classic shooter. The Intellivision version is very good and uses a crosshair and day and night scenes. Some people complain that the 800 version isn't much better than the 2600 version. The under sea city design is more intricate and less blocky. All Atlantis licensed ports are terrific shooters! Recommended!

I liked this game for 20 minutes at a time. Really nice colors and graphics. Classic.

Like most Imagic games, Atlantis tends toward the repetitive yet challenging game play, with a nice color scheme. The concept of Atlantis is somewhere between Air-Sea Battle (Atari 2600) and Missile Command.
