Missing original? Given the description, many of us could simply write this program ourselves. I'm reminded of the art show in which every canvas was solid white, and, those concert performances of 4'33" (you can search wikipedia looking for 4'33" and see). There's a bunch of these 1K games, the more recent ones really are arcade games that fit within the confines of 1 KB code+data. Some call it concept-art. The white canvases were meant to capture shifting sunlight and shadows of observers. 4'33" in music emphasizes there is no such thing as total silence. The sounds of concert-goers getting up and leaving indignantly are part of the composition and its experience. 4'33", named after an average length of any song, by John Cage, was also performed by Frank Zappa.

This is a joke program; I have the magazine in front of me, and it's just 5 lines of BASIC, asking which direction to go in, and then repeating the loop. Ho, ho! The only other notable point about the game is that the magazine includes the same game in C code.
