Activision held a regional Ice Hockey competition for kids of 15 years old or under. Ted Leibowitz won and was awarded a $500 scholarship, an Activision Cup and the chance to play the video game with two ice hockey pros Bryan Trottier and Ron Duguay.

Always loved this game, and the computer AI was quite competitive. Disappointed it was never ported to the 8-bit.

I really hate sports games, but not this one. I am always surprised by it. I don't know what genius programed this but the computer acts like AI and really competes with you. I could play this for days.

One of my favorites! It's amazing how such a simple game can be so much fun. I personally felt that Activision gave the 2600 a much needed boost by providing improved graphics over Atari-branded games.
