Based on the horror movie of the same name, The Entity is an action game by programmer Mark Klein who was also responsible for two other unreleased 20th Century Fox games Pick Up and Look Ahead. Much like his previous game Pick Up, The Entity deals with a rather adult theme. This could be the reason why 20th Century Fox chose not to release the game.
The cart, box and manual are reproductions from 2003 with permission of programmer Mark Klein.

You put a ball of light into the hole so it can be saved. You have 2 of what look like tennis rackets from pong to use to get the ball to the hole. just try to do this, it's pretty hard.
