Two different versions of this game exist. The second version fixed the following bug in the original version: the car and score of the player(s) stay the same color in B/W demo mode. The fixed version also shows different colors after the game ends.

Multi-language boxes with a N sticker on the top flap containing a NTSC Black label cart are known to exist.
