Farmer Dan

This game must be Tooth Protectors or Plaque Attack, right? Nope. Farmer Dan really is just Gopher by US Games. Interestingly enough the plaque figure on the picture looks a little like Mr. Potato Head. Perhaps Farmer Dan got a little tired of growing carrots & wacking Gophers, and decided to move on to spud farmering instead. Or else it really was just a picture meant for Tooth Protectors or Plaque Attack.
