I have the original Future Design box with everything including a bad disk, i may take the copy and write it to a disk then put it in the shell for the original. As far as I can tell the shell is OK, but the disk went bad.

 ANTIC PRESENTS...

                  FUTURE DESIGN - A CAD-3D ACCESSORY DISK
                             by Darrel Anderson

FUTURE DESIGN is provided on an unprotected disk because the author
and Antic both believe that the buyer should be able to make backup
copies for his or her own use ONLY. Because it is unprotected we
expect you to respect the copyright and NOT give, sell or lend copies
of this program to anyone else.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, ALTHOUGH UNPROTECTED, THIS DISK IS PRODUCED IN AN
EXPANDED 82 TRACK FORMAT. IT CAN'T BE COPIED WITH THE STANDARD TOS
DISK COPIER. YOU MUST USE THE SPECIAL FORMAT82.PRG INCLUDED ON THIS
DISK TO MAKE YOUR COPIES. It is possible to fit everything EXCEPT
the README.DOC and FORMAT82.PRG files onto a standard format disk.
To do this simply drag the folders and files onto the new disk
individually. See your ST manual if you are not familiar with
this process. If you are working with one disk drive this can be
a tedious procedure requiring MANY disk swaps, it would be far
easier to format a disk in the expanded format and copy it with
    the included program.

To backup your disk with FORMAT82.PRG, make sure your original
disk is write protected (tab is open), choose the special format
option (4) from FORMAT82.PRT to format your destination disk, then
use the copy option (C) to copy the disk.

this product so that we may continue to provide you with unprotected
software. No part of this product may be reproduced and/or
distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written
