                         README FILE for BrainWave 2.0

The original BrainWave was conceived by John Logajan in March of 1989.
It was based on an article by Mark Worley that appeared in the April 89
edition of Radio-Electronics Magazine.

Written in uncompiled GFA 2.0 the program accomplished the task but was
cumbersome due to lack of mouse control and the need to run the 2.0 run only
interpreter every time.

I have converted BrainWave to GFA 3.07, and compiled a version which I
think is a breeze to operate. When using, it is suggested to dim the lights
and sit close to the monitor screen with your eyes closed. The flashing
light entering through your eyelids should prove calming. This arrangement
works good for me. You may want to look at the monitor with the room a bit
brighter... do what you feel comfortable with.

One more thing, If you suffer from epileptic seizures, please do NOT use
this program. Photic stimulation is an epileptic's worst enemy. Therefore,
a disclaimer if you will....

I, nor John Logajan, are not to be held responsible or liable for any damage
caused by BrainWave 2.0.
