INSTRUCTIONS
TANK by Kelly Sutton This is my contribution to the 'Leesoftware May 92 Programming Competition'. It is my first attempt at writing a full program of any kind, so don't expect any miracles. TANK is basically a total shootem' up, in which what ever moves, or doesn't move for that matter should be blown out of the orbit. You are armed with only a machine gun, and some missiles, with not a lot of difference between the two. Some of the enemy sprites require a number of hits before they explode, thus adding a harder level of play to the game. Some of the routines may be a little slow, due to having to relocate the cursor in order to update the scores, weaponry and all that kinda stuff. The program itself was written in full STOS BASIC, just right for any game programming. The graphix were created in NEOCHROME MASTER. Well thats about all I have to say, so enjoy the game and let me know what you think, and how it could be improved. Kelly J Sutton 79 Leaver Terrace, North Beach, CHRISTCHURCH.
