INSTRUCTIONS

Hi

Welcome to SUPER LEAGUE SOCCER. The game is easy to understand &
straight forward to play but here are a few instructions anyway.
At the begining of the game you may change the names of the
players or teams already present. If you wish to control a team
which is already present in the memory then it is a good idea to
change its name now because you type in the name of your team and
can't choose a team from those already present. Therefore you
will not be allowed to type in the name of a team that is already
there. The options you are given in the menu are quite straight
forward. These are:

1)Play match Clicking on this causes you to start playing the
match and then carry on through the week.

2)League table Clicking on league brings up the league table.

3)Squad Clicking on the squad box brings up a sheet
showing your players. From here you can move the players about,
sell them and change their names.

4) Transfer market This brings up the transfer market where you
may put in offers for players.

5) Bank Bank allows you to visit the bank where you
are allowed a œ40000 interest free overdraft or alternatively you
may borrow up to œ40000 interest free. You may also take out a
mortgage but have to pay interest on this.

6) Others Using others brings up another page allowing
you to save or load a game, hire a youth team (Youth team players
sometimes make it into the senior squad giving you extra players)
and if you are far enough into the season then gamble.

7) Extra training This can be used to improve your players
skills but it also increases the risk of injury. You have to pay
the players extra wages for the extra work they are doing.

If you choose to have music at the beginning of the game you
cannot switch it off without reloading the program. You can change
your team at half time. You can only take one sponsorship per
season. The level of hardness that you are playing at is adjusted
by the computer if it thinks you are doing too well or not well
enough, and it won't let you go down a level after it has done
this.
