TRIVIA (3)

Origins

After Mortville Manor (1987) and Maupiti Islands (1989), the video game Sukiya was to be
the third component of the excellent series of Lankhor's adventure games.
The game was scheduled for the end of 1992 on the Atari ST (Amiga & PC also) but, unfortunately,
due to the commercial failure of the game Black Sect, Lankhor cancelled the development.
So there is no commercial version, no demo, no videos of this game.

Story

The story of Sukiya takes place just after the investigation of Maupiti Island.
Max, a friend of Jerome Lange, invites the famous detective to spend a few days in Kamakura, Japan.
But the intrusion of desire and violence will disturb the peaceful and orderly life of the monastery
and interrupt the holiday of Jerome.
At 9:30 am, the professor Camus (famous chemist and Max's uncle) is found murdered, shot in the head.
The bullet was shot in the throat, from the bottom up and lodged in the cranium.
Your investigation begins upon arrival at the monastery, 5:30 before the murder.
You will meet the victim before his death but you can not prevent crime.
You will have 48 hours to solve the case and to arrest the murderer...
