Thank  you for your consideration of this software program for your  ATARI 
ST  computer.   Please note that the program is not intended  for  release 
into "The Public Domain".  You are hereby granted a limited license to use 
the program and to make copies of the program and associated documentation 
for the purpose of distribution - - provided that you are willing to abide 
with the following three license conditions:

I.  You  may  not  charge a fee for copying  and/or  distribution  of  the 
program and the documentation.

II. You may only distribute the program in the original, unmodified state;

The user supported software concept (often referred to as shareware) is an 
attempt  to provide software at a low cost.   The cost of  publishing  new 
software through retail businesses is relatively high,  and the  marketing 
costs  may  be  prohibitive for many  developers  with  limited  financial 
resources.   The  user supported concept may provide a boon for  both  the 
software developer and the individuals who use the software.

Please  feel  free  to  use  the  programs  for 60 days  before  making  a
