Our thanks to Jim McKesson of Gatson, South Carolina for
his work in converting the original version to run on the
Atari 16 bit computers.  His version was compiled on March, '86.
Rework and revision was started by GreenApple Engineering in the
month of July, 1986.  This version has several features not
found in the original and these features are copyrighted by
GreenApple Engineering.  All other programming is copyrighted
by Geo. Blank in 1977.  This is version 7.0 and is dedicated
to my wife who has put up with my computing hobby long enough!
Additionally, this project is dedicated to all on-liners who help
expand the public domain software library of strategy games and
provide valuable assistance to others at no charge.
